Editing

Fantasy and non-fiction author Cas Peace has worked as a freelance editor and proofreader for six years. She particularly enjoys the challenge of helping writers improve their skills, and some of her clients have gone on to achieve publishing success. She will work in any genre but draws a line at gratuitous violence or anything that encourages violence. She does not advise on poetry.

Cas likes to work closely with writers to help fulfil their vision for their work. If required, she will offer advice on many aspects of writing, including dialogue, plotting, pace, structure and grammar. She is more than happy to help writers with synopses, and can also advise on submission procedures and query letters.

Details, pricing and testimonials from satisfied clients can all be found on her website: http://caspeace.com/writers-services

Robb Grindstaff, Book Editor

With a career as a journalist, newspaper editor and senior executive, Robb Grindstaff merged his editing experience with his passion for writing fiction, and in 2009 launched his book editing services. He has built an impressive client list which includes traditionally published authors, agented writers, and high quality self-published professionals from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and Finland. He works with nearly any genre, but his personal preferences lean to commercial and mainstream fiction, literary, young adult, women’s fiction, and erotica, as well as memoir and narrative non-fiction.

Robb works with you and provides assistance, guidance, suggestions, ideas, resources, and tips. He asks questions to learn what you’re trying to accomplish. His input is designed to help you develop your writing, your story and your characters – in your voice.
